Madge Town Hall
Called to order at 7:00 pm
Present:
Plan Commission –Roger Koerner, Tim Jung, Jack Olson, Scott Plaster
Clerk – Michelle Jung
Citizens –None
Minutes from the last Commission meeting were read and approved.
Commission Members –
Travis Olson was going to come to the meeting if interested in becoming a member. Ask Town Board about posting an ad for new members. Maybe also put in tax bill? Other possible members – Nate (DNR), County Surveyor, lives on Cty. M. Roger will talk to both to see if interested.
Chapter 9 –
9.5
1a – Does it need to be in plan?
2a – Completed – put date the ordinance was adopted and #
2b – Completed – put date when hired inspector
3a-d – Some other organization handles this. Not appropriate for Plan Commission.
3e – Should keep and look into
4a – Completed – Need date and ordinance #
4b – Completed – Need date and ordinance #
5a – WC zoning in charge of this
5b – WC zoning in charge of this
5c – Brownstone Grant available – Clerk will get info.
Transportation:
1a – Do we need in the plan? Is this something for the Plan Commission to do?
2a-b – Keep ATV’s on town roads. Off road trails for snowmobile’s. From Long Lake Plan “Identify areas where ATV and snowmobile trails connect to the Town of Madge and work with local clubs in the area to identify needs.”
3c – Date completed – update annually
4a – Does it need to be in the Plan? Is the something for the PC to do?
5a – Adopt 9-6 of Long Lake Plan (#2)
6a – Zoning handles driveways. Reword a & b
Will continue at the next meeting.
