Madge Town Hall
Called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairman, Ron Rosencrans.
Present:
Plan Commission –Ron Rosencrans, Roger Koerner, Tim Jung, Jack Olson, Scott Plaster
Clerk – Michelle Jung
Citizens –None
Minutes from the last Commission meeting were read and approved.
Culver Report –
Scott Plaster and Tim Jung presented the finished report. Some culverts were clogged (Langland – L1, Wildwood – WW2, and Todd – T2) Scott will add this under the comments section of the report. Add Gort Road. Put the report on the Web site if ok’ed by the Town Board. Roger Koerner made a motion to approve the report and pass on to the Town Board. Seconded by Tim Jung. Motion passed with 5 yes and o no.
Plan Commission Members –
Ron & Roger – April 2011
Tim and Jack – April 2012
Scott – April 2013
Chair – Ron, Vice Chair – Roger, Secretary – Town Clerk
Ron is unable to continue. Will have to find a replacement. Suggestions – Travis Olson, Jason Laumn, John Hughs. Maybe try to get some younger people involved.
Chapter 9 –
Go over individually and then will go through as a group at the next meeting.
Old Business – Snowmobile trail might be off the road this season.
Next meeting – Before the next Town Board Meeting
