Madge Town Hall
Called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairman, Ron Rosencran.
Present:
Plan Commission ?Ron Rosencran, Roger Koerner, Tim Jung, Jack Olson, Scott Plaster
Clerk ? Not present. Minutes taken by Tim Jung
Citizens ?
Minutes from the last Commission meeting were read and approved.
Land Division Ordinance ?
The only change would be in section #5. Change ?o? to a capital ?O?.
Scott Plaster made a motion to approve the Land Division Ordinance, with the change, and present it to the Town Board. Roger Koerner seconded. Motion passed with 5 yes and o no.
Town Properties ?
The list, with a map of each property, is now finished and put in a binder. Will present to the Town Board.
5-year Road Plan ?
Put in writing so available to all. Also put on web site.
Gas Lines ?
Watch and maybe dictate where buried gas lines go. Should keep an eye on.
Harmful Land Use Practices ?
Should define what this is.
